1. Sign Up and Create a Profile

looking to swap, share, or rent a home.
2. Explore Listings

Search for Homes: Browse a variety of home listings that fit your preferences. You can choose between homes for
swapping, sharing, or renting.

Detailed Listings: Each listing includes photos, a description, rent/swap details, and availability. Listings also show
the contact details of the current tenant (unlockable for a small fee).
3. Swap Homes with Other Tenants

Find Swap Opportunities: If you want to move out and find a similar or better home, browse through homes marked for
swaps. These are homes from tenants also looking to move out.

Contact the Tenants: Upload the house you want to swap and connect to the tenant offering the swap. Call each other and discuss the details like moving dates and any

4. Share Homes or Find Housemates

with pricing, description, and availability.

long or short-term stays.
5. List Your Home for Rent

Create a Listing: If you’re moving out, easily list your home for rent. Fill in details like rent price, availability
date, location, and other key information to attract tenants.

Get Inquiries: Other tenants interested in your property can contact you directly via the platform to express interest.

Earn Money: When another tenant is interested in the house you are renting, you can refer them to your landlord and earn a commission
or reward from the tenant as a token of appreciation for reserving the house for them.
